Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Building Information Modeling (BIM) Specialist to join our team at COMPONENT ASSEMBLY SYSTEMS INC. This role involves utilizing advanced design software to create detailed models and drawings that meet client specifications.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree required.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a relevant field.
Work Environment
  • Site: Interior settings.
  • Relocation: Costs not covered by the employer.
  • Work Type: Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret blueprints to ascertain project requirements.
  • Create and refine design sketches.
  • Review drawings for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with clients and engineers to define product specifications.
Certifications
  • AutoCAD Certification is preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Rhinoceros 3D (Rhino) and Autodesk REVIT.
Specialization
  • Expertise in 3D Modeling.
  • Experience in Construction, Architecture, and Buildings and Structures.
Transportation
  • Must have access to a personal vehicle.
Work Conditions
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
Tools and Equipment
