Qualifications

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a related field.

Work Environment

• Site Environment: Interior.
• Work Setting: Hybrid model with relocation costs not covered by the employer.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints to assess project requirements.
• Create and refine design sketches.
• Review drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and production specialists to define product needs.

Required Certifications

• AutoCAD Certification is mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Rhinoceros 3D (Rhino) and Autodesk REVIT.

Specialization

• Expertise in 3D Modeling.
• Focus areas include Construction, Architecture, and Buildings and Structures.

Transportation

• Must have access to a personal vehicle.
