Key Responsibilities:- Develop business opportunities for FBO services for both fleet operators and the transient aircraft market to increase traffic and volume in our FBO network
- Work with fleet operators to create bundled service packages for aviation clients
- Develop and implement a loyalty program across the entire FBO business network
- Develop sales strategies, tactics, and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities to expand client base
- Collaborate with regional leaders to align sales goals with the overall business objectives
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by continually evaluating needs and providing service solutions
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for customers based on their specific requirements
- Engage in negotiation processes to finalize terms and conditions of sales agreements
- Ensure that agreements are aligned with company policies and profitability targets
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making
- University degree or 5+ years' experience in FBO sales or operations
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A consistent track record of business development success
- Experience in negotiation and client-facing problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms
- Valid passport and availability to travel as needed
- Business/Corporate aircraft experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and French considered an asset

- Good problem solver and ability to come up with innovative solutions to client requests (outside the box thinking);
- Effective and persuasive negotiator capable of closing deals
- Strong networking skills with superior outreach abilities
- Self-motivated (ability to work independently);
