About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Rajveer Banquet Hall. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and executing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the diverse tastes of our guests.

Kitchen Management

Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, to ensure efficient and effective service.

Staff Training and Development

Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and standards.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation

Personal Qualities

Dependability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a strong ability to work under pressure.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
