Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents; receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases.
- Document Management: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents; process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically; send and receive messages.
- Bookkeeping and Invoicing: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks; prepare invoices and bank deposits.
- Customer Service: Provide general information to clients and the public; provide customer service.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain inventory of office supplies; order office supplies; conduct research.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
