About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at SRS Property Mgmt Corporation. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office buildings, commercial properties, and private residences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a safe and clean environment for our tenants and staff.
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to ensure a safe and clean environment for our tenants and staff.
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure that all lost items are properly accounted for.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements
  • Repetitive tasks and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling are required for this position.
  • Dependability, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and teamwork are essential qualities for this role.
  • Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • English is the primary language of communication in this role.
