SRS Property Mgmt Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Light Duty Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our tenants and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and dust-free environment
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment

Preferred Qualifications:
