As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting building assessments for designated substances and hazardous materials, assisting project managers with project tasks, and coordinating field work with clients. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality services to our clients, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for occupants.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing building assessments for hazardous materials and substances
  • Assisting project managers with project tasks, including scheduling, document management, and tracking deadlines
  • Coordinating field work with clients, including assessments, field reviews, and inspections
  • Preparing technical proposals and reports detailing findings and recommendations
  • Conducting on-site inspections during hazardous material removal or demolition
  • Performing inspections and air testing to support abatement of hazardous building materials
  • Peer reviewing work before submitting to clients
  • Assisting with client relationships, marketing, and business development
  • Maintaining and enhancing quality control within the team
  • Attending meetings with managers and clients to review projects and estimate costs
  • Communicating with clients and employees
  • Promoting team engagement and collaboration
  • Assisting in training and instruction for junior staff
  • Assisting with accounts receivables and invoicing
