Job Summary

The Material Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments, and performing routine clerical duties. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to prevent delays and inefficiencies
  • Perform routine clerical duties, such as data entry and record-keeping
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment is functioning properly
