Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Spice Hut Canada Franchise Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Food Service Management
    • Establish and implement methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on food service operations and staff performance.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire and train food service staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
    • Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Government Programs
    • Ensure compliance with government regulations and programs related to food service operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
    • Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
    • Fluency in English language.
