As a Floor Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients' facilities are presented in a professional and hygienic manner. Your expertise in floor maintenance techniques will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment for their customers and employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and buffing.
  • Conduct thorough stripping and waxing procedures to restore the shine and protect floors.
  • Utilize specialized equipment for carpet cleaning and upholstery maintenance.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and handle cleaning solutions responsibly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in floor maintenance within commercial settings.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
