Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Airport Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Operational Procedures: Establish and maintain effective operational procedures for the housekeeping department, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Staff: Plan, coordinate, and supervise the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Inspect and Maintain Assigned Areas: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Ensure Safety and Quality Standards: Supervise staff to ensure adherence to safety standards and departmental policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Coordinate Maintenance and Repair Services: Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure prompt resolution of issues and minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate Laundry Services: Oversee the coordination of in-house laundry services to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and dismiss staff as needed, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Salary: $20.00/hour
