Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Airport Inn. As an Executive Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Departmental Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective operation of the department.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness and quality are maintained.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, and that all staff are aware of and adhere to these policies.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Supervise maintenance and repair services to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Laundry Services: Coordinate in-house laundry services to ensure that all linens and uniforms are clean and available for use.
  • Staff Recruitment and Termination: Hire and dismiss staff as necessary, ensuring that all hiring and termination procedures are followed.

Work Terms and Conditions
