Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Securitization Analyst to join our team at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. As a key member of our Securitization & Structured Products Administration Group, you will provide operational support for our Canadian Securitization business, administering approximately $20 billion in assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Establish new securitization conduits, operationalize new securitization transactions, and administer all CP and MTN funded programs.
  • Reporting and Reconciliation: Develop and review monthly pool reports and settlement models for new securitization transactions, ensure accurate reporting to rating agencies, investors, and internal management.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with securitization clients and front office structuring teams to ensure effective administration and timely resolution of issues.
  • Projects: Participate in special projects as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience working in financial services, with knowledge of Capital Markets.
  • Education: Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and deliver results.
