Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their leadership skills and advance their careers.
- Champion and implement corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures to drive business results.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure the team is equipped to meet the needs of our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers to drive business growth.
- Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through industry-related courses and community involvement.
Requirements
- General Insurance Level 2 License required.
- Supervisory experience leading teams to meet and achieve sales targets.
- Involvement in industry-related associations and community organizations.
- Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal.
- Passionate about helping people and driven to succeed.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $53,000 - $73,000, 3 weeks' vacation, 14 wellness days, company matching investment and savings programs, and 100% employer-paid group benefits, including a health care spending account.
