Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the management team in the day-to-day operations of the business
  • Implementing operational procedures and determining the type of services to be offered
  • Managing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conducting performance reviews and negotiating arrangements with suppliers
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed and addressing customers' complaints or concerns
  • Providing customer service and participating in marketing plans and implementation
  • Leading and instructing individuals and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations
Requirements:

To be successful as an Assistant Manager, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant certifications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
