Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Wing'N It. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure seamless service.
    • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory and Maintenance
    • Order supplies and equipment as needed.
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • Experience is an asset, but not required.
