Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food and Beverage Service Team Member to join our team at Wing'N It. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints, describe menu items, and provide recommendations to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, clear tables, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Team Collaboration: Train staff, supervise kitchen staff, and order supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate ordering of food, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and food preparation skills.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
