Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food and Beverage Service Team Member to join our team at Wing'N It. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
    • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as needed
  • Team Support
    • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
    • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Inventory and Maintenance
    • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset, or equivalent experience
Work Environment

As a Food and Beverage Service Team Member at Wing'N It, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting with customers and colleagues to provide exceptional service and support. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and may be required to work overtime as needed.
