Food Preparation Expert

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at CLARENVILLE FOODS INC. This role involves overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes, catering to diverse dietary needs.
- Food Safety: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Staff Training: Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food supplies and equipment, and order necessary items.
- Supervision: Oversee kitchen staff and assist in recruiting and hiring new team members.
- Operational Management: Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Cleanliness: Ensure the kitchen and work areas are kept clean and organized.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
