Position Overview

In the capacity of Director of Operations, you will be instrumental in directing the daily functions of the organization with an emphasis on Project Execution. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  1. Strategic Development: Partnering with executive leadership to establish operational objectives and advance the company's strategic agenda.
  2. Process Optimization: Recognizing opportunities for enhancing processes, reducing costs, and improving operational effectiveness.
  3. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Overseeing and offering guidance to managers across different divisions.
  4. Resource Management: Administering procurement activities, distributing resources, and ensuring effective utilization.
  5. Client Relations: Supervising customer service functions to boost satisfaction levels.
  6. Financial Management: Analyzing financial information and modifying budgets to support profitability.
  7. Policy Development: Updating and creating policies to align with the organization's goals.
  8. Partnership Management: Cultivating relationships with external partners and suppliers.
Qualifications for Success

Demonstrated experience as a Director of Operations or in a similar role. A minimum of 10 years of project management experience within a General Contracting environment. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

As the Director of Operations, you will receive a competitive salary package ranging from $200K to $325K, along with RRSP contributions, comprehensive benefits, a vehicle/gas allowance, a corporate mobile device, extended benefits, and four weeks of vacation.
