Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate enthusiasm around in-store marketing and sales activities to raise consumer awareness of retailer brands and services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to patrons regarding the brands and services being promoted.
  • Assess and make informed decisions on customer eligibility for promotions (comprehensive training will be provided).

Qualifications for Brand Ambassador:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, events, sales, or retail environments is advantageous. Internship experience and prior roles will also be recognized as relevant experience.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Strong time management abilities and adherence to schedules.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
  • Effective planning and prioritization skills.
