Operations Manager

PUNJABI CHAAP CORNER is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing organizational policies and programs, allocating resources, and coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business operations
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to support business growth
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in operations management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other business software
