Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of club managers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve club operations, including sales, customer service, and facility maintenance.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of club managers and staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of our members.
- KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure club performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining accuracy in operations and minimizing risk.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of club inventory, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
