Food Service Team Lead

Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
* Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
* Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and supplies
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Willingness to relocate for this position
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
