We are a leading industrial engineering company seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our engineering projects and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures, establish and implement policies and procedures for engineering work, and authorize the development of specifications for products or services.
  • Technical Leadership: Evaluate technical designs and engineering work, oversee the analysis of data and information, and oversee the preparation of reports.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and expertise needed to deliver projects successfully.
  • Business Development: Develop risk management plans, lead and instruct groups, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Earned doctorate degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in project management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, and a team player.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
