About the Role
Mainland Engineering Consultants Corporation is seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Technician to join our team. As a Civil Engineering Technician, you will assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings, participate in field surveys, inspections, or technical investigations, and prepare engineering designs and drawings.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings
- Participate in field surveys, inspections, or technical investigations
- Prepare engineering designs and drawings
- Prepare project schedules
Requirements
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in civil engineering
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Strong computer and technology knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
