Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Wendys Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Operations: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Team Management: Hire food service staff, establish work schedules, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and you will be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
