We are seeking an organized and reliable individual to fill the role of Office Administrator at SUNRAYS HOMES LTD. The ideal candidate will have a high school graduation certificate and some experience in office administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Supervise and lead a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate records.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Consult with clients after sales to ensure ongoing satisfaction and support.
Requirements:
