About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of our service standards.
