Job Overview

KF Aerospace is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Instructor to join our team. As a Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality flight training to our students, ensuring they meet the required standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver flight training to students in accordance with Department of National Defence (DND) methodology
  • Conduct ground school instruction and individual student flight instruction
  • Develop and implement training plans to meet the needs of our students
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed
  • Collaborate with other instructors and training staff to ensure a cohesive and effective training program

Requirements

  • Valid Transport Canada Class 3 (or higher) Instructor Rating
  • Valid Driver's license
  • 300 hours instructing experience minimum, prefer 500 hours

Knowledge and Skills Required

As a Flight Instructor, you will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their best.
