Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Construction Supervisor to lead our skilled crews in taking projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will manage crews at various job sites, overseeing a range of projects including natural stone, interlock, and armour stone installs, as well as large soft scape projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead skilled crews to complete projects efficiently and effectively
  • Manage crews at multiple job sites, ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Oversee the installation of hardscape projects, including natural stone, interlock, and armour stone
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven success running commercial and residential landscape construction sites with a crew of 3-4
  • Experience completing hardscape projects based on plans provided
  • Valid class 5 license is required or class 3 is an asset
  • Experience operating landscaping equipment
