Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with sector and district leaders to create learning plans that align with business objectives and drive a culture of continuous learning.
  • Facilitate interactive learning sessions, workshops, and learning programs that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
  • Develop and deliver content that effectively communicates course objectives and enhances understanding.
  • Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust the learning approach to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development COE to ensure the effectiveness of learning programs and anticipate learning needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years of experience in talent development, with a proven track record as a facilitator, trainer, or teacher.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative partnerships and drive results.
  • Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes, with experience utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS) and SharePoint an asset.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and create an inclusive learning environment.
