Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, hardworking individuals for the role of Marketing and Sales Associate to assist in expanding our outreach within the community. If you thrive in a positive company culture, are driven by goals, and enjoy meeting new people, this position may be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with homeowners to provide free estimates for our services
  • Receive training on effective pitching, handling objections, and scheduling estimates with potential clients

Job Duties:

  • Initiate conversations that educate the public about our home maintenance offerings
  • Enhance brand visibility
  • Generate leads and convert them into estimates on-site
  • Collaborate within a team environment, encouraging camaraderie among colleagues
  • Establish strong relationships with customers
  • Possibility for advancement within the company; top performers may have the chance to conduct estimates and secure jobs directly
  • Work locally, as our operations are based in the York Region

Requirements and Benefits:
