Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging and interactive play-based programs that promote physical activity, socialization, and cognitive development.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, youth, and families, ensuring a sense of belonging and community.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement programs that meet the diverse needs of our participants.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children and youth, preferably in a play-based programming setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse groups.
  • Current Standard First Aid/CPR C certification.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekday afternoons and occasional evenings.
