Hotel Operations Manager

Our client, a 4-Star hotel in downtown Moncton, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality guest experiences. This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic team, manage inventory, and drive sales growth through excellent customer service and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and service delivery
- Deliver exceptional service, resolve guest concerns, and maintain a positive dining atmosphere
- Track sales, monitor inventory, and assist in cost control to support management in maintaining profitability
- Lead by example, provide on-the-job training, and motivate team members to ensure high performance during busy periods
- Collaborate with staff and management to ensure clear instructions and a well-run operation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Strong ability to deliver exceptional service and resolve guest concerns
- Experience with tracking sales, monitoring inventory, and assisting in cost control
- Ability to lead by example and motivate team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
