Administrative Supervisor

DR AHMAD INC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Supervisor to join our team. As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities and providing support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Plans
Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure the efficient use of resources.
Task Management and CoordinationOrganize tasks to accomplish work objectives, assign and review work, and ensure timely completion.
Training and DevelopmentTrain workers in duties and policies, and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Reporting and CommunicationPrepare and submit reports to management, and communicate with staff and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.
Equipment Maintenance and RepairEnsure the smooth operation of equipment, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Problem-Solving and Quality ImprovementResolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Client Support and CoordinationConsult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments as needed.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Working Conditions- Work Language
English.
Hours of Work35 to 40 hours per week.
