Job Title: Sales Associate

We are a dynamic and customer-focused insurance agency seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Effectively communicate insurance products and services to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options.
  • Meet sales targets and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Stay up-to-date on insurance products and services, including industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • OTL and/or LLQP License preferred but not required at the time of interview.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic.
  • Diligent and hardworking.
  • Proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Professional demeanor and extraordinary customer service skills.

We offer a challenging and rewarding environment with competitive compensation. Starting salary of $52,500 per year with a generous commission package. First-year employees should reach if not exceed $10,000 in additional commission on top of base salary.
