Join Our Team as a Special Needs Van Driver

At JYL Transportation, Inc., we are seeking a compassionate and reliable Van Driver to transport special needs children and adults to and from day programs, medical appointments, and around their communities.

What We Offer:

  • 40 hours per week

Requirements:

  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • Have 3 or more years of consecutive driving experience
  • Possess an active driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Must enjoy working with children and the elderly and always possess the ability to show patience and empathy

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a motor vehicle in accordance with all state and federal traffic laws
  • Safely assist passengers as needed, including helping them enter and exit the vehicle and using the vehicle's lap and shoulder belts
  • Communicate effectively and clearly with special needs children/adults, parents, program staff, and the elderly
