Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entrepreneurship Assistant at Toronto Metropolitan University. As an Entrepreneurship Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students and contributing to the success of our academic programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist students with their academic and entrepreneurial endeavors, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Grade student artifacts and assignments, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
- Nurture entrepreneurial practices and skills among students, promoting innovation and creativity.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a 4th-year undergraduate program at Toronto Metropolitan University.
- Maintain an overall academic performance of B+ (3.3 GPA) or above.
- Have completed a course with a B+ (3.3 GPA) or above grade level.
- Previous evaluation as an Assistant at the University (if applicable).
Requirements
- Completed ENT 500 or an equivalent course with an A grade or better.
- Provide evidence of this in your application.
- Include a writing sample based on the lean startup canvas, from ENT 500 or an equivalent course.
Compensation
As a member of our team, you will be compensated according to our university's pay scale.
