Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Sidhu Great Construction Group Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Work Environment

As a Construction Helper, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work outdoors, at heights, and in dangerous conditions. You will also be exposed to dust and other hazardous materials.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work at heights and in dangerous conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
