About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Analyst to join our team at Cozy Living Suites Inc. As an Administrative Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate administrative processes.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in an urban area.
  • MS Office skills.
  • Own transportation.
  • Health care plan.
  • Provides physical accessibility accommodations.
