Key Responsibilities- Work Term: Permanent

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

The successful candidate will work in an urban area, providing a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.
Tasks- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Train staff on new procedures and policies.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
- Monitor and evaluate administrative processes to identify areas for improvement.
The successful candidate will supervise 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
Computer and Technology KnowledgeThe ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS Office and be comfortable using technology to streamline administrative tasks.
Transportation/Travel InformationThe successful candidate will be required to have their own transportation to travel to work and perform job-related tasks.
