  • Oversee the daily operations of custodial services, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address facilities-related issues and concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facilities management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities operations, custodial services, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality delivery.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and security.
