Custodial Services Manager I

We are seeking a highly skilled Custodial Services Manager I to join our team at Aramark Canada. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our operations team to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure a high level of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.
- Supervise and train a team of custodial staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with our operations team to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a custodial or maintenance role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and equipment.
