Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure a high level of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.
- Supervise and train a team of custodial staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of materials and labor.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facilities management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities operations, with a focus on custodial services.
- Proven track record of success in supervising and training staff.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
