- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best possible service and value.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
