Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Early Childhood Educators: Collaborate with our experienced educators to implement programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Child Guidance: Support children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Preparation and Setup: Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Observation and Reporting: Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Staff Meetings: Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and problems.
  • Establishing Guidelines: Establish guidelines for behavior and contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Completion of ECE Level 1 certification and relevant experience in a childcare setting.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possession of a First Aid Certificate and a valid Child Development Assistant certification.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
