About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Disinfect Solutions. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Oversee the daily cleaning operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that all cleaning staff are working safely and following company protocols.
  • Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or renovations, and recommend these to management.
  • Assist Cleaning Staff: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and equipment to perform their duties effectively.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a cleaning or supervisory role
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate for the right opportunity
  • Security and Safety: Bondable and willing to undergo a criminal record check
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction
