Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Oversee the daily cleaning operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that all cleaning staff are working safely and following company protocols.
- Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment, and recommend these to management.
- Assist Cleaning Staff: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, and assist with tasks as required.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, willing to relocate, and experience working in a cleaning service company
- Tasks: Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, recommend or arrange for additional services required, assist cleaners in performing duties, establish work schedules
- Supervision: Working groups

- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, manual dexterity, combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, reliability
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, permanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week, English language
